• Personalization: FREE for all our products. Free personalization includes one logo/artwork and as many texts that can fit our Standard Template One main location. No additional charge is applied to recipient's name change.
• Art Charges: FREE when logo/artwork graphic file conforms to Artwork Guidelines listed below:
• All artwork should be supplied in vector format (.PDF, .AI, .EPS).
• All graphics converted to black and white with no gradient.
• All fonts converted to outlines. No fonts smaller than 12 pt.
• No lines thinner than 0.5 pt.
• Custom Artwork: When art does not conform to above Artwork Guidelines:
• $40.00(G) one time design fee for custom artwork proof when we need to convert a photo image or a color graphic artwork to the Black/ White Vector Art file.
• $15.00(G) for each additional logo/artwork required on the same artwork proof.
• You will be advised of art charges prior to any additional work being completed.
• Art Proofs: FREE
• Art proofs are provided by email when purchase orders are received. Up to 3 revisions are included. All subsequent art proofs or when changes are requested after the proof is signed off will be defined as a ‘new artwork’ and will be subject to an additional charge $40.00(G).
• Approval must be received before production begins.  If no approval is received after 5 business days, order will be canceled and the cancelation fee will be charged for artwork production and order processing services.
• Additional Imprint Location
• Incongruent surfaces that break an imprint area are considered an additional imprint location, i.e. attached base or side panels.
• $10.00(G) per location per piece flat fee. No additional set-up fees.
• Colorfill: Waterproof paint is manually applied into etched area on the crystal/glass surface.
• Available in Gold, Silver, Black, and White; Only one color may be applied on the same location (i.e. no blending).
• Single logo or text: $5.00 Net per piece flat fee. No additional set-up fees.
• Both logo and texts: $10.00 Net per piece flat fee. No additional set-up fees.
• Additional color if applicable : $5.00 Net per piece.
• Color fill option may require additional production day(s).

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME

• 1 business day for Artwork Proof with supplied vector artwork graphics; 2 business days for Custom Artwork Proof
• 3 business days Free Express Service for Sandblasted Engraving Production or 5 business days Laser Engraving Production unless otherwise noted.
• 1 business day production time may be available with Rush Service charge $50 Net
• Engraving Production time begins after final artwork proof is approved and confirmed.

PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

• Prices are based upon material and labor costs as of the date of the catalog printing, and are subject to change without notice anytime. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors in this document relative to pricing. Product pricing on www.bestdealawards.com will prevail. Best Deal Awards is not responsible for errors and omissions by online research tools.
• All orders are subject to material availability. Best Deal Awards is not liable for inability to deliver due to material shortages. Product line is subject to change, please call customer service or visit www.bestdealawards.com to confirm availability.

ORDERS

• Order Confirmation: Purchase orders by email to service@bestdealawards.com or fax 1-888-669-0838 are required to process orders. Order Confirmation with Tax/Shipping charge will be sent via email or fax. Minimum Order Quantity required per item is indicated as the first column quantity break. There is a $40 net under minimum charge.
• Order Changes: All changes must be received via email or fax.
• If art preparations or services are already performed on the order, additional charges may incur.
• Order Cancellations: All cancellations must be received via email or fax.
• All costs incurred prior to receipt of written notification of cancellation will be invoiced.
  • i.e. Artwork proof $40(G) and 20% restocking (if applicable)
  • Minimum charge: $50.00(G)
• Orders already in production can not be cancelled.
• Order Returns: No return will be accepted without receiving an authorization number PRIOR to returning goods and a request must be submitted within 2 weeks of receipt of merchandise.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied for restocking blank items (no imprint applied) in excellent resell condition. The original individual gift box and the wrapping sleeve must be enclosed in the return package.
• Custom, imprinted items are not accepted for return unless there are product defects or production errors.
• Blank Sample Order: Blank samples without personalization are processed with same requirement or payment terms. Use end-quantity pricing plus shipping charge.

SHIPPING FOB POINT: LOS ANGELES, CA

• We only ship via. UPS or FedEx. Postal Service may be also used for envelop mailing or small package.
• Domestic Drop shipments : Free for one location; $10.00(G) per additional location.
• International Drop shipments : $25.00 (G) per shipment. Distributors are required to provide the valid shipping account and account owner's information for freight, duty and tax costs as well as Commercial Invoice or other documents required by the carrier.
• For Freight Collect or 3rd party billing, Best Deal Awards is not responsible for any payments to the assigned shipping carrier. All the chargebacks due to incorrect information provided or payment issue with the carrier will be invoiced to the distributor plus an additional $25.00(G) service charge.
• Address correction during shipping transit: UPS Charge $25.00 Net.
• Catalog Mailing: $10.00(G) per copy.
• Best Deal Awards can only guarantee a shipping date of when merchandise leaves our warehouse. We are not financially responsible for consequences resulting from freight carrier delays, errors or failures. All claims regarding breakage and delays must be made against carrier.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

• First 5 orders must be prepaid with a Credit Card or Company Check. Prompt payment is required upon receival of our Order Acknowledgement via email or phone call. No further production or services will be performed before the payment is processed.
• Net 30 terms are available for distributors and are subject to Credit Approval after 5 purchases And with $5000 net cumulative annual purchase amount.
• A minimum of 3 Credit References from your most current vendors are required during credit application and before credit can be extended.
• There will be a $25 net service charge for NSF returned checks or credit card chargebacks.
• We do not ship COD.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
• At the discretion of Best Deal Awards, a finance charge will be added to past due invoices at the highest rate allowed by law.

SALES TAX FOR SHIPMENTS DELIVERED IN CALIFORNIA

• Orders with California shipping destinations are subject to California Sales Tax. The distributor's or their client's California Resale or Tax Exempt Certificate is required to avoid the sales tax.
• We require proof of your sales tax document. Document submission is required for your first order only. Please send via fax (toll free) to 1-888-669-0838 or email to service@bestdealawards.com. If we have already obtained a copy, no further action is required.
